Client Engagement Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, the full-time remote Client Engagement Marketing Manager will develop and execute engagement programs, manage client-focused events, and create targeted communication campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client engagement programs that drive product adoption and satisfaction
• Plan and manage client-focused events, including executive briefings and webinars
• Report on engagement metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve client outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client marketing, account-based marketing, or customer engagement
• Experience planning and executing client-facing events and executive engagement programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools for managing client communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating content for senior audiences
