Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, the full-time Client Engagement Marketing Manager will develop and execute client engagement programs, manage events, and create targeted communication campaigns in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client engagement programs to drive product adoption and satisfaction
• Plan and manage client-focused events, including webinars and executive briefings
• Measure client satisfaction through NPS surveys and provide strategic recommendations based on engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client marketing, account-based marketing, or customer engagement
• Experience planning and executing client-facing events and executive engagement programs
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools for managing client communications
• Experience creating content for senior audiences
