Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Engagement Systems & Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own strategic partnerships with client engagement technology solutions and ensure alignment with the Client Engagement Framework
  • Define and enforce standard engagement expectations and drive governance through reporting and adoption tracking
  • Develop and execute client sentiment strategies and reporting frameworks to connect client engagement to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in MSP operations, client engagement leadership, or SaaS platform governance
  • Proven track record in driving technology platform adoption across larger companies
  • Experience with ScalePad Lifecycle Manager (LMX) and building reporting frameworks
  • Ability to lead cross-company initiatives without direct authority
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
