Client Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist / Admission Specialist for weekend shifts (Friday-Tuesday) EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online forms
• Match clients with therapists that best suit their psychological needs and logistical preferences
• Schedule appointments based on providers' availability and manage lead nurturing processes

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or mental health
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
• Experience verifying insurance benefits preferred
• Empathetic and compassionate understanding of mental health challenges
