Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute customized success plans for client onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate task completion
  • Lead and coordinate the client onboarding experience, including managing timelines and preparing materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of client-facing customer service experience or equivalent
  • General knowledge of business systems, processes, and metrics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and task management tools
  • General knowledge of accounting and ClickUp experience preferred
