Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute customized success plans for client onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate task completion
- Lead and coordinate the client onboarding experience, including managing timelines and preparing materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of client-facing customer service experience or equivalent
- General knowledge of business systems, processes, and metrics
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and task management tools
- General knowledge of accounting and ClickUp experience preferred
