Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist I to serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from new customer prospects and match them with appropriate advisors
• Guide customers through the customer experience and create customer profiles to assess needs
• Schedule appointments with advisors for routine customer requests and facilitate communication with the advisor team

Required Qualifications

• Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment

• Proficiency using MS Office products
