Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to act as a liaison between the Client Engagement team and internal staff while managing contract deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field questions and issues from program partners and staff
  • Provide expert-level information on program rules and policies
  • Participate in training and create program overview reports for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of Account Management or Project Management experience required
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales and Marketing preferred
  • Customer relations experience is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
