Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to act as a liaison between the Client Engagement team and internal staff while managing contract deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Field questions and issues from program partners and staff
- Provide expert-level information on program rules and policies
- Participate in training and create program overview reports for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2 years of Account Management or Project Management experience required
- Experience in Business Development or Sales and Marketing preferred
- Customer relations experience is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
