Job Summary

As the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance, the full-time Client Engagement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, triage inquiries, and connect clients with financial advisors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with new customer prospects to introduce the Advice Center and match them with appropriate advisors
  • Guide customers through the Transamerica customer experience, gathering information to assess their needs
  • Schedule appointments with advisors and facilitate communication to ensure timely responses to customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in financial services and/or customer service
  • Understanding of the financial services industry
  • Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency in using MS Office products
