Job Summary
Serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance, the full-time Client Engagement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, triage inquiries, and schedule appointments with advisors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate contact with new customer prospects to introduce services and match them with appropriate advisors
- Guide customers through the experience by gathering information and creating profiles to assess their needs
- Facilitate communication with the advisor team to ensure timely addressing of customer needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in financial services and/or customer service
- Understanding of the financial services industry
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Professional demeanor suitable for a virtual environment
