Job Summary

Managing client services remotely, the full-time Client Engagement Specialist will assist ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting clients with tax reporting and compliance needs, including data management, report preparation, and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and perform client services, including data mapping and loading into OTIR software
  • Prepare custom and standard reports for client review and manage IRS and state electronic file transmissions
  • Maintain client communications and relationships while partnering with teams for client training and issue escalation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, preferably in the tax reporting industry
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • CPA or other relevant accounting/financial designations preferred
  • Knowledge of ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting products and services preferred
