Job Summary
Managing client services remotely, the full-time Client Engagement Specialist will assist ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting clients with tax reporting and compliance needs, including data management, report preparation, and maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and perform client services, including data mapping and loading into OTIR software
- Prepare custom and standard reports for client review and manage IRS and state electronic file transmissions
- Maintain client communications and relationships while partnering with teams for client training and issue escalation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or accounting
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and account management, preferably in the tax reporting industry
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- CPA or other relevant accounting/financial designations preferred
- Knowledge of ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting products and services preferred
