Client Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engineer who designs, implements, and supports automation for endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex projects such as system installations and client deployments
• Interface with users and team members to ensure user satisfaction with systems services
• Provide day-to-day user and system support, including hardware/software installation and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IS, or related field preferred
• One year or more of related work experience in client systems analysis/design
• Experience with software deployment and patch management using MECM and Microsoft Intune
• Basic scripting and automation skills using languages such as PowerShell
• Familiarity with compliance policy review and maintenance using Microsoft group policy and Intune cloud policy
