Client Engineer with Security+ Certification

Job Summary

Serving as a senior technology advisor, the full-time remote Client Engineer with Security+ Certification will manage client relationships, lead discovery conversations to assess technology needs, and provide actionable guidance while deploying and troubleshooting infrastructure and applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Own client relationships at a strategic level, leading discussions to understand business goals and technology investments
• Translate complex technical information into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot client infrastructure and applications, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, IT consulting, or technology advisory roles with client-facing responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and modern identity and endpoint management
• Ability to assess unfamiliar technology platforms and produce actionable recommendations
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, or CIS Controls
• CompTIA Security+ certification required within 6 months of hire if not already held
