Job Summary

Client Enrollment Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing a pipeline of prospective clients seeking mental health services, handling high-volume client interactions, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions using various platforms
  • Prospect new leads and conduct outreach to engage prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client intake and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Sales/Customer Service and Call Center experience required; mental health experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Designated, quiet workspace to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance
  • Availability to work during Center of Excellence hours, including evenings and weekends
