Job Summary
Client Enrollment Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing a pipeline of prospective clients seeking mental health services, handling high-volume client interactions, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions using various platforms
- Prospect new leads and conduct outreach to engage prospective clients
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client intake and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Sales/Customer Service and Call Center experience required; mental health experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
- High proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Designated, quiet workspace to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance
- Availability to work during Center of Excellence hours, including evenings and weekends
