Job Summary

Leading enterprise sales engagements, the full-time remote Client Executive will develop relationships with C-level executives, drive strategic client transformation initiatives, and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team throughout the enterprise sales cycle
  • Open new buying centers through proactive hunting within strategic accounts and adapt deal strategies
  • Translate client challenges into market insights to inform Pega's go-to-market and product evolution
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow, or platform sales
  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Experience in hunting and prospecting within large, multi-complex environments
  • Credibility with C-suite leaders and partners to influence enterprise change
  • Technical fluency to engage in discussions about AI and platform architecture
