Client Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Executive to manage the post-sale client lifecycle in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary post-sale contact, fostering strong client partnerships
• Lead implementation efforts by defining business needs and establishing ROI metrics
• Analyze client dashboards to ensure usability and monitor model performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting experience is a plus
• Proven track record in project/account management
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
