Client Executive

Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level clients, the remote Client Executive will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring the successful execution of benefits programs while maximizing the value of bswift solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of 10-15 executive-level clients, acting as the primary point of contact
• Provide expert guidance on benefits program design and compliance, leveraging data analytics to support strategic client decisions
• Lead contract renewals and monitor key performance indicators to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of client management experience with a proven track record in the employee benefits domain
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and driving adoption of new products
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
