Job Summary
Driving new business growth within the financial services sector, the full-time remote Client Executive Director will lead complex sales engagements, manage executive relationships, and align client priorities with the Microsoft stack, focusing on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the financial services business within the Microsoft Business Unit
- Build and advance a qualified pipeline through targeted business development and executive relationship management
- Lead complex sales pursuits focused on business transformation outcomes and engage clients with industry insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience selling complex business and technology services
- Proven success selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within financial services organizations
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions, especially in AI, Business Applications, Security, and cloud platforms
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
