Job Summary
Driving new business growth within the retail, consumer products, and travel & hospitality sectors, the remote Client Executive Director will lead complex sales engagements, manage executive relationships, and position the full Microsoft stack, with a focus on AI, Business Applications, Security, Azure, Data, and Modern Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the RCGTH business within the Microsoft Business Unit
- Build and advance a qualified pipeline through targeted business development and executive relationship management
- Lead complex sales pursuits focused on business transformation outcomes and engage clients with insights into industry priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience selling complex business and technology services
- Proven success selling to economic buyers and senior decision-makers within RCGTH organizations
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions, especially in AI, Business Applications, and cloud platform offerings
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and account planning discipline
