Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Client Executive, Human Capital Risk will manage client strategies and service experiences remotely, focusing on human capital risk solutions for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class client service by managing a diverse book of business and exceeding client expectations through effective project management
- Participate in setting client strategies related to human capital risks, including benefits, compliance, and change management, while engaging subject matter experts
- Assist in managing the employee benefits plan renewal and vendor sourcing process, ensuring compliance and effective communication with clients and vendors
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management
- Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated team player willing to take initiative
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
