Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Executive, Managed Services (Healthcare) to safeguard and grow recurring revenue streams within assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead proactive engagement with stakeholders and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and oversee onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of B2B sales experience within IT Managed Services or Cloud industries
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and multi-cloud architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority
  • Potential for 10-15% travel to support customer and internal meetings
