Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Expense & Optional Service Processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily intake, prioritization, and workflow management for client expense and optional service requests
- Ensure service levels and quality standards are met by managing staffing and schedules according to business demand
- Coach and develop team members while monitoring operational performance and driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client expense or related operational processing roles
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in a high-volume, queue-based environment with shifting priorities
- Strong knowledge of workflow management tools, particularly Wrike
- Ability to collaborate across teams for operational consistency and process improvement
