Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Expense & Optional Service Processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily intake, prioritization, and workflow management for client expense and optional service requests
  • Ensure service levels and quality standards are met by managing staffing and schedules according to business demand
  • Coach and develop team members while monitoring operational performance and driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client expense or related operational processing roles
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience in a high-volume, queue-based environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong knowledge of workflow management tools, particularly Wrike
  • Ability to collaborate across teams for operational consistency and process improvement
