Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Client Experience Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Track client progress through project milestones and address any roadblocks
- Identify common client questions to help develop educational content and resources
Required Qualifications
- Available to work 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays (PST hours required)
- Experienced with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable creating and managing processes independently
- Adaptable and energized by fast-paced, startup environments
