Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Client Experience Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy
  • Track client progress through project milestones and address any roadblocks
  • Identify common client questions to help develop educational content and resources
Required Qualifications
  • Available to work 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays (PST hours required)
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable creating and managing processes independently
  • Adaptable and energized by fast-paced, startup environments
