Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Analyst to support client experience strategy through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client data insights reporting to deliver actionable analysis
  • Support the CXT team's reporting needs, including recurring and ad-hoc reports
  • Create and analyze surveys, enhancing AE election analysis reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and data query tools
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with survey tools and analysis preferred
