Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Analyst to support client experience strategy through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client data insights reporting to deliver actionable analysis
- Support the CXT team's reporting needs, including recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Create and analyze surveys, enhancing AE election analysis reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data query tools
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with survey tools and analysis preferred
