Job Summary

Empowering the sales organization, the full-time Client Experience Business Analyst will manage data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation while collaborating with various business units to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide complex data analysis and reporting on Client Experience performance metrics using dashboards and reports
  • Define and document standards and methodologies for sales, marketing, and client success processes across the organization
  • Conduct discovery and training sessions with business users to gather functional requirements for development teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related fields, or comparable work experience
  • Experience in sales, support, professional services, or client success preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, querying, and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
