Job Summary

Supporting individuals in crisis, the full-time Client Experience Associate will engage with clients over the phone to assess their needs, provide guidance on obtaining disability benefits or insurance compensation, and navigate internal tech platforms, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their situations and determine how to assist them effectively
  • Advise clients on the next steps in the process of securing benefits or compensation
  • Master complex topics and internal tools to enhance client interactions and support
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university with strong academic performance
  • At least 1 year of work experience outside of internships
  • Ability to interact compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Quick learner with strong writing skills, capable of mastering new topics and platforms
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
