Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
  • Forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
Required Qualifications
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Above-average computer skills, including typing
  • Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase
  • Must meet specific system and internet requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
