Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
- Forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Above-average computer skills, including typing
- Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase
- Must meet specific system and internet requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
