Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Forward messages to clients while managing a fast-paced environment
• Work from a computer for 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays

Required Qualifications

• Must have above-average computer skills, including typing
• Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase at satisfactory levels
