Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
  • Forward messages to clients while managing inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Work 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
Required Qualifications
  • Must be dependable and consistently show up for shifts
  • Possess above-average computer skills, including typing
  • Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase at satisfactory levels
  • Must be able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
