Client Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Forward messages to clients while managing a fast-paced environment
• Work 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays

Required Qualifications

• Must be dependable and consistently show up for scheduled shifts
• Possess above-average computer skills, including typing
• Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase satisfactorily
• Must be located in specific states including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
