Client Experience Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Consultant for Middle Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Middle Market Account Executives in demonstrating product value and driving client retention
• Develop and maintain relationships with Account Executives and internal partners to address client needs
• Leverage internal resources to meet client expectations and ensure effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Health-related industry experience, including product knowledge and account management
• Knowledge of funding options and benefits structure preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange preferred
• Must reside in the local market and commute to the local office
