Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company during the new business and underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive communication and support to ensure client satisfaction and understanding of the process
  • Manage daily workload, review requirements, and resolve complex customer service inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Senior Case Manager to enhance the client experience and identify cases needing special handling
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance process, including permanent and term products
  • Experience with desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while focusing on critical deliverables
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on resolving complex issues and inquiries
