Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and support
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Assist in project discussions and process improvements to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a Science-related field, or a High School Diploma with relevant industry experience
  • One year of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Sales or business development experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidance is advantageous
