Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will manage customer interactions and ensure effective communication regarding service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, translating essential information into appropriate priorities and categories
  • Process emergency management requests and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
  • Demonstrate ownership of customer interactions and perform follow-up activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Science Degree preferred
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
  • Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers required
  • Experience with a case management system preferred
