Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will manage customer interactions and ensure effective communication regarding service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, translating essential information into appropriate priorities and categories
- Process emergency management requests and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
- Demonstrate ownership of customer interactions and perform follow-up activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Science Degree preferred
- Ability to type 40 words per minute required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers required
- Experience with a case management system preferred
