Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support its IT Service Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound client calls and create support tickets
  • Coordinate and monitor service tickets, providing updates to clients
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure high satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Information Systems or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with IT service workflows and incident prioritization is preferred
