Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support its IT Service Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls and create support tickets
- Coordinate and monitor service tickets, providing updates to clients
- Act as a client advocate to ensure high satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Systems or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing systems
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
- Familiarity with IT service workflows and incident prioritization is preferred
