Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will manage customer interactions and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, determining priority and category for service requests
  • Process emergency management requests and escalate to appropriate leadership personnel as needed
  • Provide accurate information to customers and perform follow-up activities to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
  • Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers required
  • Experience with a case management system preferred
