Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who will manage customer interactions and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, determining priority and category for service requests
- Process emergency management requests and escalate to appropriate leadership personnel as needed
- Provide accurate information to customers and perform follow-up activities to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to type 40 words per minute required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers required
- Experience with a case management system preferred
