Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator I, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and support
- Facilitate the transition of new studies to Client Services and conduct periodic client check-ins
- Assist in project discussions, issue resolution, and documentation of client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Science-related field, or High School Diploma with relevant industry experience
- One year of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office products and CRM software
- Knowledge of clinical research, including drug, biologics, and device trials
- Understanding of FDA and OHRP regulations and guidance
