Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to manage customer interactions and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, translating essential information to appropriate priority and category
  • Process emergency management requests and escalate to key stakeholders as necessary
  • Perform follow-up activities and assist with data entry and analysis as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Science Degree preferred
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and service-oriented roles required
  • Experience with a case management system preferred
  • Experience communicating with all levels of the organization preferred
