Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to manage customer interactions and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, translating essential information to appropriate priority and category
- Process emergency management requests and escalate to key stakeholders as necessary
- Perform follow-up activities and assist with data entry and analysis as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Science Degree preferred
- Ability to type 40 words per minute required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and service-oriented roles required
- Experience with a case management system preferred
- Experience communicating with all levels of the organization preferred
