Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support the Client Growth team by managing non-advisory tasks and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and logistics for CGA sessions, including Discovery Calls and account management
- Maintain accurate client records and track pre-work in HubSpot
- Identify and escalate client risk signals and support post-call follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high task volumes
- Ability to maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail
- Good judgment in escalating issues and understanding role boundaries
- Experience in a client-facing or coordination role is preferred
