Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support the Client Growth team by managing non-advisory tasks and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for CGA sessions, including Discovery Calls and account management
  • Maintain accurate client records and track pre-work in HubSpot
  • Identify and escalate client risk signals and support post-call follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high task volumes
  • Ability to maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good judgment in escalating issues and understanding role boundaries
  • Experience in a client-facing or coordination role is preferred
