Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company throughout the new business and underwriting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the process
- Manage daily workload, assess requirements, and resolve complex customer service inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Senior Case Manager to enhance the client experience
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance process, including permanent and term products
- Familiarity with desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
