Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client experience strategy
  • Act as a liaison with the Executive Leadership team to enhance client-centric culture and provide insights on client experience
  • Analyze client feedback and implement process improvements to enhance client interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in consulting or industry roles
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the US (less than 50%)
