Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Experience to enhance client interactions and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client experience strategy
  • Act as a liaison with the Executive Leadership team to promote client-centric initiatives
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in a consulting capacity
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel throughout Canada and the US (less than 50%)
