Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client experience strategy
- Act as a liaison with the Executive Leadership team to enhance client-centric culture and provide insights on client experience
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and streamline client interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in a consulting capacity
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel throughout Canada and the US (less than 50%)
