Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Director to lead the design and improvement of client experiences for government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary advocate for client perspectives and develop a client experience strategy
  • Analyze client journeys to identify pain points and collaborate with teams to enhance solutions
  • Promote a client-first culture and ensure alignment of operational objectives with client goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, communications, human services, or a related field
  • 10 or more years of experience supporting government clients or in client experience roles
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
  • Background in journey mapping, customer experience, or process improvement
  • Master's degree preferred but not required
