Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience managing business systems like Pendo, Gainsight, or Vonage
- Experience with system integrations and knowledge of automation tools
- Experience in customer engagement, product adoption, or digital strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support non-technical users
