Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and resolution of client issues
  • Lead the Client Experience Team and oversee the execution of account planning and growth strategies
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities to achieve revenue and earnings goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, or a related field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role with executive-level interaction
  • Strong strategic account management and people management skills
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and achieving revenue growth targets
  • MBA preferred and prior senior leadership experience in healthcare or managed care is a plus
