Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner & Client Experience Lead (Remote - USA Based).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to handle technical financial inquiries and legal workflows
- Lead the onboarding of strategic parties and healthcare plans, ensuring smooth transitions to the digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with legal and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance product usability
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of leadership experience in Customer Experience, Professional Services, or Operations, preferably in a SaaS, Fintech, or HealthTech environment
- Strong understanding of the No Surprises Act (NSA) and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process is highly preferred
- Ability to build scalable, automated systems from client feedback
- Comfortable with system logic and providing solutions to technical operational issues
- Must be based in the U.S. with access to U.S.-based banking for specific operational tasks
