Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the success and professional growth of a team of Lifecycle Marketing Strategists
  • Oversee daily and weekly activities of direct reports and account performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues and partner with leadership to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Lifecycle Marketing (CDP); Automotive tech experience preferred
  • Proven track record in managing performance within a CDP environment
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring a team while tracking activity metrics
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for performance data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing client interests
