Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the success and professional growth of a team of Lifecycle Marketing Strategists
- Oversee daily and weekly activities of direct reports and account performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues and partner with leadership to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Lifecycle Marketing (CDP); Automotive tech experience preferred
- Proven track record in managing performance within a CDP environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a team while tracking activity metrics
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for performance data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing client interests
