Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Venues & Festivals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing their daily needs and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring effective onboarding and long-term success
- Manage client projects, timelines, and event builds while implementing process improvements for optimized workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in similar roles with online ticketing, festivals, or venues
- Experience with event management, financial reporting, and digital marketing in primary event ticketing software
- Familiarity with external tools used by professional sports teams
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; postgraduate degree or additional certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, Slack, & Google Apps
