Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the Provider lifecycle and onboarding experience, focusing on new campaigns
- Manage team escalations and solve complex Provider onboarding challenges through strategic relationship management
- Create and monitor reports on recruitment, credentialing, training, and escalations to improve Provider performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project management experience
- DMEPOS experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and Salesforce
