Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the Provider lifecycle and onboarding experience, focusing on new campaigns
  • Manage team escalations and solve complex Provider onboarding challenges through strategic relationship management
  • Create and monitor reports on recruitment, credentialing, training, and escalations to improve Provider performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • DMEPOS experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and Salesforce
