Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee teams to enhance the client journey and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle
  • Collect and act on client feedback to drive service improvements and address pain points
  • Manage and mentor a team while collaborating with internal teams to align on client expectations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred -OR- equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, or a related role
  • Proven success in client experience and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with client experience tools and metrics
  • Experience in the IT or technology industry, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
