Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee teams to enhance the client journey and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle
- Collect and act on client feedback to drive service improvements and address pain points
- Manage and mentor a team while collaborating with internal teams to align on client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred -OR- equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, or a related role
- Proven success in client experience and retention strategies
- Familiarity with client experience tools and metrics
- Experience in the IT or technology industry, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
